Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.Minimum Numbers
Group tours and workshops require a minimum number of participants. If minimum numbers are not met, we may reschedule or offer a full refund.RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATIONS- Reschedules or cancellations made 14+ days ahead of your booking: full refund issued or free reschedule.
- Cancellations less than 14 days prior to your original booking date: no refund will be issued. We do our best to reschedule bookings. No refund will be given if rescheduling isn't possible.
- No shows or late arrivals: no refund will be issued.RESCHEDULING BY WATERKIND
- Waterkind workshops are subject to weather conditions and local council operations.- We reserve the right to cancel due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In this instance, if we are unable to re-schedule your workshop, a full refund will be issued.
- If we are unable to use the swimming pool and unable to re-schedule your workshop, a full refund will be issued.- Waterkind reserves the right to change the beach or snorkel location as the nature of our workshops depends on weather conditions and local council regulations. No refund will be issued if you decide to not participate.Assumption of Risk
- All participants acknowledge that they are choosing to join our activities voluntarily and understand the inherent risks involved in snorkelling and water-based experiences.
- Participants understand that snorkelling can involve physical exertion and exposure to natural elements. By joining, you acknowledge these risks and agree that participation is at your own risk.Health
- You confirm that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe. If you have any concerns, please consult a doctor before booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation if, in our opinion, a person’s health poses a risk to themselves or others.Safety and Conduct
- All participants must follow the safety briefings and directions of their instructor at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the activity without refund.- Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Anyone appearing intoxicated may be refused participation with no refund.- Any equipment provided must be returned in good condition. Participants are liable for damage caused by negligence or misuse.LIABILITY WAIVERTo the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered by you as a result of participating in activities.Personal Belongings
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items brought to activities.Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that region.

- We may also collect basic website data (like IP address and browser type) to improve our site.
